Description

  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers.
  • Act as a player-coach by leading critical programs directly while managing the team.
  • Own end-to-end program strategy, roadmap development, and milestone tracking for key security and IT initiatives.
  • Drive delivery of complex, cross-functional security and technology programs across the organization.
  • Partner with leaders across CISO/CIO, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Serve as the executive point of contact for major security and technology programs.
  • Align workflows and execution across globally distributed teams and time zones.
  • Bridge security and engineering teams to keep strategy aligned and work moving forward.
  • Lead programs in security engineering domains such as vulnerability management, identity and access, and cloud security.
  • Support technology initiatives including vendor portfolio management, budgeting, and adoption of AI solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading large, complex, cross-organizational initiatives in security engineering, security operations, and technology.
  • Proven experience recruiting, mentoring, and supporting a high-performing team of Program Managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute TPM work as a senior leader and own program strategy end to end.
  • Experience working effectively as a bridge between security-focused and engineering-focused teams.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with globally distributed, international teams.
  • Hands-on experience leading programs in security engineering areas such as vulnerability management, identity and access, and cloud security.
  • Experience with technology initiatives such as vendor portfolio management, budgeting, and adoption of AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence for serving as a point of contact on major programs.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
  • Preferred/possible compensation includes incentive compensation.
