Description

  • Design scalable, innovative solutions using HubSpot CRM within a broader front-office ecosystem.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into effective solution architectures.
  • Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting to define project architecture and scope.
  • Create architecture diagrams, functional requirements, data models, and other implementation documentation.
  • Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members.
  • Conduct technology audits and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
  • Define success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions.
  • Assist with data migration projects and quality assurance testing.
  • Stay current on new technology features and communicate relevant changes internally and to clients.
  • Drive team certifications and provide technology training to internal staff.

Requirements

  • Experience with HubSpot or transferable experience from other CRM platforms, technology platforms, or system architecture roles.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in a digital or technical agency/consultancy in a client-facing consulting or specialist role.
  • Experience across the full delivery lifecycle, including consulting, solution building, implementation, and training.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and compile technical documentation such as API documentation, ERDs, and functional specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of big data.
  • Experience integrating systems using APIs or custom-built solutions.
  • Excellent command of English with strong writing and communication skills.
  • Innovative, entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Legal right to work and current residency in the United Kingdom.
