Description

  • Assess and optimize client sales and service processes, including new business, retention, channel, self-service, qualification, compensation, and incentive processes.
  • Design and implement scalable sales and go-to-market strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Advise clients on sales, revenue, service operations, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide expertise on HubSpot sales, service, and CRM solutions, as well as related technologies.
  • Develop and deliver training, adoption, change management, and enablement strategies.
  • Communicate with clients about project progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Lead client projects, provide strategic guidance, and collaborate with delivery teams.
  • Mentor consultants and contribute feedback to improve internal consulting practices and procedures.
  • Facilitate client workshops and executive discussions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales consulting, revenue operations, sales management, or B2B sales strategy.
  • Expertise in sales process design, enablement, organizational design, remuneration policy design, sales strategy, and CRM requirements gathering.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, forecasting, and sales analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent CRM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of sales technology, automation tools, and CRM integrations.
  • Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional client-facing, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior consultants.
  • Certified instructor in Sandler, Winning by Design, Dale Carnegie, or a similar methodology is preferred.
  • Must reside in Germany and have legal authorization to work there.
