Description

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads from inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and independent research.
  • Make outbound calls to prospects to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated through marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate the value of HSI products and services to prospects.
  • Manage sales activity and account information accurately in Salesforce and other business tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quota objectives for setting sales-qualified appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and follow up strategically.
  • Develop and nurture prospect relationships by phone and email.
  • Support team members and other associates as needed.

Requirements

  • No previous business development or sales experience is required.
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets, personally or professionally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Experience using a CRM platform; Salesforce.com is preferred.
  • Able to work with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Open to coaching and continuous improvement.
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Adaptable and able to handle dynamic situations with minimal resistance.
