Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch through close for new business opportunities.
  • Manage a balanced sales motion with approximately 50% inbound and 50% outbound activity.
  • Convert inbound leads and generate new pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Run consultative sales processes to uncover customer needs and align them to tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and business cases to multiple stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage sales opportunities across a multi-product portfolio spanning Skillko, DoneSafe, and HandsHQ.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, including limited land-and-expand opportunities after the sale.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve deal outcomes and customer results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding new business targets.
  • Strong experience in full-cycle sales from prospecting through close.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both inbound and outbound pipelines.
  • Skilled in consultative or value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Confident communicator able to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, or ZoomInfo.
  • Experience selling into UK or Irish markets.
  • Experience selling multiple SaaS products or solutions is preferred.
  • Experience in EHS, compliance, construction, or workforce management industries is preferred.
