Description

  • Proactively visit customers to develop relationships with existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Introduce Lapp products and solutions to gain customer acceptance and support sales growth.
  • Participate in marketing activities, including trade shows, customer demonstrations, and other promotional events.
  • Demonstrate prototypes and solutions to customers as part of the sales process.
  • Close sales and provide after-sales support service.
  • Use value propositions to apply a value-based selling approach.
  • Maintain accurate customer relationship records and enter visit reports into ERP and CRM systems.
  • Research current market trends and learn about new technology products and solutions.
  • Communicate with colleagues to share visit plans, customer needs, and other important information to support teamwork.

Requirements

  • Technical qualification or similar qualification in engineering, with a university degree.
  • Previous experience in active outdoor sales or customer service.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical skills and industry knowledge.
  • Goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to self-start and self-motivate.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
