Description

  • Lead one large program or multiple smaller programs with support from contributing project managers, and manage complex or high-profile projects as needed.
  • Consult on delivery strategy, including frameworks, tools, and processes, to drive successful outcomes.
  • Create, oversee, and manage detailed project plans based on scope, methodology, constraints, risks, and dependencies.
  • Proactively manage budgets, burn, velocity, margin performance, and revenue forecasting, and course-correct when projects trend over budget.
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues, and work with clients to align on solutions.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for delivery status, risk communication, deliverables, and relationship management.
  • Manage scope, prioritize work, and create change orders when scope changes.
  • Support client partners and business development teams with estimating, pitching, and scoping new work and account growth.
  • Lead globally distributed cross-functional teams to understand client objectives and deliver solutions.
  • Mentor junior program managers and contribute to the ongoing improvement of delivery practices and team processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading digital projects or programs.
  • At least 5 years of agency or consultancy experience; 7+ years preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP.
  • Experience with scaling Agile methodologies across an organization, such as SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), preferred.
  • Expert-level knowledge of project management tools including Smartsheet and the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence).
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide digital transformations.
  • Deep expertise with CMS, CRM, CDP, Sitecore, and Salesforce products.
  • Experience managing global, distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
