Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of work required for new security certifications.
  • Identify and remove blockers to keep security compliance programs moving quickly.
  • Drive consensus on technical and compliance trade-offs across Engineering, IT, and Product teams.
  • Manage project lifecycles, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and status reporting.
  • Build strong partnerships with Security Assurance subject matter experts and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Security, IT, Engineering, Internal Audit, Corporate Operations, and other teams on highly cross-functional initiatives.
  • Provide executive-level transparency through accurate and timely program updates.
  • Continuously improve delivery frameworks and project methodologies for security initiatives.

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience, or 8 years with an advanced degree, in security and technical program/project management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, cloud-native organization is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success leading high-stakes security compliance initiatives such as FedRAMP, PCI, or HIPAA from inception to launch.
  • Experience managing complex projects with technical dependencies, multiple stakeholders, and competing constraints across geo-distributed teams.
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively with engineers and senior leadership.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex project data into clear documentation and insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • US citizenship is required.
