Description

  • Own the full B2B marketing function, including brand, demand generation, field and events marketing, RFPs, customer advocacy, product marketing, sales enablement, and lifecycle growth.
  • Lead product marketing efforts, including market intelligence, positioning, competitive strategy, go-to-market launches, pricing and packaging, and sales enablement.
  • Build and execute a revenue marketing strategy tied to pipeline, revenue, retention, and marketing-sourced outcomes.
  • Drive the RFP function in partnership with Sales as a strategic capability for winning public-sector business.
  • Own the demand generation engine across digital channels and events.
  • Oversee brand strategy and compliance across earned media, events, digital, and content.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on ICP, pipeline targets, lead quality, and expansion signals.
  • Build lifecycle and growth marketing programs that reduce churn, drive expansion, and improve net revenue retention.
  • Oversee marketing technology, attribution, lead scoring, and the data infrastructure supporting revenue marketing.
  • Lead the team’s AI transformation and incorporate AI into the marketing operating model.
  • Own the marketing budget and manage ROI, CAC, ROAS, and marketing-sourced revenue metrics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years owning the full marketing function at a company with a complex sales cycle.
  • Deep product marketing background with experience in positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, pricing and packaging, go-to-market launches, and sales enablement.
  • Experience holding pipeline and revenue targets and measuring success through marketing-sourced revenue, CAC, and time to revenue.
  • Experience building or scaling a revenue marketing function, including marketing operations, attribution, and related data infrastructure.
  • A genuine track record of using AI to redesign workflows and improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Experience marketing to institutional or public-sector buyers such as school districts, government agencies, nonprofits, or similarly complex multi-stakeholder environments (preferred).
  • Direct experience owning or building an RFP function (preferred).
  • Strong executive communication skills and comfort presenting to a board, investors, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience in a growth-stage, VC-backed company where speed and resource efficiency matter.
  • Strong alignment with an AI-forward operating model and willingness to adopt new tools and ways of working.
