Description

  • Run full-cycle searches for mid-to-senior software engineering, data engineering, ML/data science, and technical product roles.
  • Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers on role intake, candidate calibration, and offer strategy.
  • Source, engage, interview, and close technical candidates while providing high-touch candidate care.
  • Build client relationships under the guidance of a Principal Technical Recruiter.
  • Meet weekly sourcing, pipeline, and submit-to-hire targets.
  • Use Moon Engine in live searches and provide feedback on its workflows, usability, and missing capabilities.
  • Adopt AI-assisted sourcing, scoring, screening, and matching tools as they are released.
  • Document recruiting patterns and best practices to inform product development.
  • Co-onboard enterprise clients and train recruiting teams on AI-enabled workflows as the platform launches.
  • Progress into autonomous client ownership and a Principal Technical Recruiter role.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in-house, at an agency, or in an RPO environment.
  • Experience closing engineering, data, or product roles.
  • Experience with sourcing, intake, screening, scheduling, offer support, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong written and verbal candidate communication, including outreach, phone screens, and passive-candidate engagement.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Availability during US-friendly hours; LATAM-based candidates are strongly preferred.
  • Interest in learning how AI can augment recruiting and comfort adopting new tools.
  • Coachable, ambitious, execution-oriented, and comfortable working through ambiguity.
  • Experience recruiting ML/AI, data science, or platform/infrastructure roles (preferred).
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI sourcing platforms; automation or Boolean-search expertise is a plus.
