Description

  • Own a portfolio of 15–20+ concurrent mid-to-senior technical and programmatic requisitions.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared technical roles, including TS/SCI with polygraph searches.
  • Build trusted relationships with Program Managers, Directors, Capture leads, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Advise, influence, and appropriately challenge hiring decisions using recruiting data and market insight.
  • Mentor and coach Recruiter I and II team members to strengthen independent requisition ownership, compliance, and candidate experience.
  • Handle complex, senior, and sensitive searches independently.
  • Identify workflow or process gaps and recommend data-supported improvements to Recruiting leadership.
  • Develop and share AI-assisted recruiting practices that improve the human candidate experience.
  • Partner with senior hiring teams to develop strategies for diverse, qualified finalist slates.
  • Collaborate with HR, Security/FSO, compensation, and contracts teams to support hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success independently owning full-cycle recruiting for technical, cleared positions through TS/SCI with polygraph.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance at minimum.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring other recruiters.
  • Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
  • Experience improving recruiting processes, tools, or workflows and driving adoption with hiring managers.
  • Demonstrable interest in applying AI to recruiting, with sound judgment about appropriate automation.
  • Track record of advancing diverse candidate slates and interview panels while maintaining cleared technical qualification standards.
  • Working knowledge of federal contract cycles, including recompetes, awards, labor categories, and staffing plans.
  • Ability to work remotely within the U.S. and travel occasionally to U.S. client sites or the Reston/McLean, VA, and DMV region.
  • Greater Tampa, FL, or Ft. Huachuca, AZ location is preferred.
