Description

  • Lead full-cycle searches for senior technical roles, including Staff+ Engineers, ML Scientists, Data Platform Leaders, and Technical Product Managers.
  • Build trusted relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and founders as a strategic hiring advisor.
  • Source, engage, interview, and close top-tier technical candidates.
  • Run strategic intake sessions to translate business and technical needs into hiring strategies.
  • Own search outcomes, timelines, and client satisfaction for complex roles.
  • Use Moon Engine on live searches and provide feedback on platform performance and usability.
  • Adopt AI-assisted sourcing, scoring, screening, and matching workflows as capabilities become available.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams on feature feedback, demos, and roadmap discussions.
  • Document best practices for human and AI collaboration in recruiting.
  • Onboard and train enterprise clients on AI-enabled hiring workflows and advise on AI-first recruiting operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting technical talent and closing senior or leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to recruit roles such as ML Engineers, Staff+ Engineers, and Data Platform leaders.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills, including advising executive stakeholders and building long-term partnerships.
  • Expertise in sourcing, intake, interviewing, offer negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to attract, engage, and close passive senior technical candidates.
  • Genuine interest in learning how AI can augment recruiting work.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering and product teams in an evolving pre-launch environment.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI sourcing platforms in recruiting (preferred).
  • Experience at high-growth technology companies, recruiting agencies, or technical recruiting teams; familiarity with automation or process improvement (preferred).
