Description

  • Lead end-to-end transitions of acquired businesses to the Care Platform, including client and Care Professional onboarding and staff training.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and keep implementation projects on track while managing risks to revenue and operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and revenue retention during the implementation lifecycle.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Specialists and Associates to ensure consistent project execution.
  • Monitor market-specific regulations and ensure onboarding funnels and Care Professional processes meet state compliance requirements.
  • Partner with Territory and/or General Managers to stabilize day-to-day operations during the transition period.
  • Support client service, scheduling, and care delivery as an operational co-pilot during stabilization.
  • Use data and market insights to diagnose performance gaps and turn them into actionable operational strategies.
  • Act as an onsite player/coach to help local teams adapt to new operating models and embrace change.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or field operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale technical transitions, implementations, or multi-site operational integrations.
  • Experience acting as a player/coach and driving performance in relationship-driven environments.
  • Experience in service-based operations such as healthcare, staffing, or retail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret dashboards and use BI tools to improve market performance.
  • Ability to operate strategically while staying close to operational details when needed.
  • Strong judgment in evaluating complex situations, especially under pressure or with incomplete information.
  • Structured and effective communication skills for influencing frontline teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in growth-stage or rapidly evolving environments, with initiative to test and refine new approaches.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
