Description

  • Handle high-volume Care Pro inquiries and HR escalations from intake through resolution across the employee lifecycle.
  • Resolve employee relations concerns, de-escalate issues, and escalate complex matters to senior HR team members when needed.
  • Process approximately 100 HR tickets per week while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and a 24-hour service-level agreement.
  • Respond to HR questions by phone, email, and text and document actions thoroughly.
  • Partner with Payroll, Compliance, and Operations to troubleshoot payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and wage issues.
  • Review and approve HRIS changes in Dayforce, including direct deposit updates, wage adjustments, and sick leave requests.
  • Manage the infection control process and ensure Care Professionals meet clearance requirements before returning to work.
  • Own intake for leave of absence requests, including personal, medical, and FMLA leave, while ensuring policy compliance.
  • Oversee employee status changes such as resignations and terminations and communicate impacts to stakeholders to reduce staffing disruption.
  • Coach market teams on CP privacy and protected-class best practices and share trends and recommendations with HR leadership.
  • Process employment-related mail, unemployment claims, CA-SDI applications, returned paychecks, and verification of employment requests.
  • Maintain accurate Care Pro profiles in HRIS and Admin systems and generate reports as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • 2+ years of HR experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, HR certificate, or equivalent experience.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a high-growth company and adapting to ongoing change.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to balance multiple assignments.
  • Excellent technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, systems, and protocols.
  • Positive, professional telephone demeanor.
  • Willingness to work consistently on weekends and at least one weekend day, required.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, preferred.
