Description

  • Manage end-to-end enrollment, renewal, and annual Open Enrollment for benefits programs across the AMS region.
  • Ensure seamless system testing and accurate data coordination with payroll and third-party vendors.
  • Drive compliance for regional benefit plans by managing filings, audits, and non-discrimination testing.
  • Align benefits administration with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ACA, and applicable international statutory requirements.
  • Analyze plan utilization, benefits spend, and market trends to produce reports for Finance and HR leadership.
  • Support strategic plan design changes and cost-savings initiatives based on benefits data analysis.
  • Serve as the primary partner for benefit brokers, international insurance carriers, and third-party vendors.
  • Resolve complex employee benefits inquiries as the regional subject matter expert.
  • Design clear communications for new hires, open enrollment, and ongoing benefits initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in HR benefits administration.
  • Deep operational knowledge of benefits-related laws including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
  • 2 years of experience in a professional role requiring structured project management execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for auditing complex datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Oracle, or UKG.
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
  • Professional certification such as CEBS, CBP, PHR, or SHRM-CP is preferred.
  • Direct experience managing self-funded health plans or LOA programs is preferred.
  • Experience supporting a large multinational employer with 1,000+ employees in the US, Canada, or LATAM is preferred.
