Description

  • Champion HONK’s platform-quality value proposition to current and prospective partners.
  • Create high-quality, compliant, and robust service networks in targeted geographic zones.
  • Own compliance and service standards across service providers, insurance partners, and roadside consumers.
  • Monitor and manage provider performance against key metrics such as dispatch performance, customer experience time trends, and provider-level NPS.
  • Handle a high volume of partner communication across email, phone, and chat.
  • Proactively manage provider churn by diagnosing root causes and leading data-driven corrective conversations.
  • Build strong partner relationships while maintaining clear performance expectations.
  • Support new partners through onboarding and encourage use of the automated onboarding funnel where appropriate.
  • Negotiate competitive rate schedules that benefit both HONK and its providers.
  • Advocate internally for changes that improve outcomes for partners and customers.
  • Travel occasionally to industry events and meet partners in person.

Requirements

  • Experience in a high-volume, partner-facing operations or account management role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to be clear, direct, and professional across email, phone, and chat.
  • Comfort working with data to monitor performance and guide decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence handling difficult conversations and driving toward resolution.
  • Strong judgment and a high sense of ownership.
  • Must provide a secluded, uninterrupted workspace where information can remain confidential.
  • Must have an internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and 2.5 Mbps upload speed.
  • Remote-first and available to work from anywhere in the US.
  • Preferred experience in operations, partner success, or account management roles.

  • $50,000 to $65,000 annual base salary.
