Description

  • Execute an integrated go-to-market strategy for the Enterprise customer segment.
  • Build and manage multi-channel campaigns optimized for demo requests and qualified conversions.
  • Tailor messaging and campaign strategies for technical users, team leaders, and economic buyers.
  • Develop and execute ABX campaigns targeting high-value enterprise prospects.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships on outbound plays and co-marketing activations.
  • Work with Marketing and Revenue Operations to improve lead routing, conversion at handoffs, and tracking.
  • Align with Product Marketing and Corporate Communications on product launches, market conversations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Define, track, and report on success metrics across funnel and campaign performance.
  • Launch and iterate growth experiments with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain a continuous feedback loop across Marketing, Sales, and Product to refine execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing focused on new business acquisition.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue growth in technical and complex sales cycles.
  • Experience aligning marketing and sales to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Proficiency with foundational GTM platforms such as SFDC, HubSpot, and 6sense, plus familiarity with AI-driven approaches.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring, reporting, and optimizing performance against revenue metrics.
  • Comfort marketing to developers, engineering leaders, and other technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments and operate autonomously.
  • Experience with paid, owned, and earned channels is preferred.
  • Experience working in enterprise or emerging-segment demand generation is preferred.
