Description

  • Own top-of-funnel prospecting for the M&A pipeline across Member Company and tuck-in targets.
  • Conduct cold outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to business owners.
  • Build pipeline across CAM, rental, and adjacent verticals as the platform expands.
  • Meet daily and monthly activity KPIs, including at least 75 cold calls per day and 10 intro calls per month.
  • Enrich at least 100 new business owner contacts per month and maintain accurate records in HubSpot.
  • Manage data sourcing tools and outsourced enrichment resources to keep the funnel full.
  • Conduct identification calls to qualify business fit and hand warm leads to the Account Executive.
  • Partner with the Account Executive and Business Development Director on outreach strategy, messaging, and conference follow-up.
  • Test and refine outreach scripts, sequences, and channels to improve response rates.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an outbound sales, BDR, or SDR role with a clear quota or activity target.
  • Demonstrated comfort with high-volume cold calling and outbound email.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Experience with modern outbound tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or Salesloft.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding monthly KPIs.
  • Comfort prospecting across multiple verticals.
  • Exposure to HOA, rental, or other owner-operated industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relentless consistency and the ability to execute outreach every day.
  • Strong, empathetic communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Continuous-improvement mindset and interest in using AI and automation to increase output.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $55,000 annually plus uncapped commission.
