Description

  • Conduct high-volume virtual intake calls with candidates by Zoom or phone.
  • Collect and record candidate information accurately in the CRM/ATS.
  • Explain open roles and screen candidates for qualifications, interest, and availability.
  • Guide candidates through the next steps and coordinate smooth handoffs to recruiters.
  • Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically on every candidate call.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate tracking in the ATS.
  • Provide a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer stage.
  • Track performance metrics and contribute ideas to improve recruiting operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools such as Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Tech-savvy and resourceful, with proficiency in sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation to own tasks, meet deadlines, and go the extra mile.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and improve sourcing strategies.
  • Resilient, persistent, and able to thrive in a challenging environment.
  • Highly professional, confidential, and detail-oriented with strong teamwork skills.
