Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, create job descriptions, and develop talent strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers across Latam and North America.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience that reflects the company’s values throughout the hiring process.
  • Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and relationships with universities and other institutions.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve recruiting processes and support workforce planning with market intelligence.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, talent management practices, and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across all levels of the company.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Commitment to the company’s core values: Obsession, Ownership, Transparency, and Partnership.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
  • Experience working with HR and ATS systems such as BambooHR or Lever is preferred.
