Description

  • Create and publish engaging job postings across multiple hiring platforms.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Prepare interview evaluations, hiring recommendations, and shortlisted candidate profiles for clients.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and manage scheduling.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely updates and feedback.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client hiring requirements, business goals, and company culture.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support onboarding activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar hiring role.
  • Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience conducting structured candidate interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Proficiency with video conferencing tools for remote interviews.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (nice to have).
  • Experience recruiting for remote or international positions, working in a recruitment agency or staffing environment, or using Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques (nice to have).
