Description

  • Build and grow an independent recruitment business under the Keller Haldren partner model.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships in the local market.
  • Generate new business through existing relationships and business development activity.
  • Leverage Keller Haldren’s systems, technology platforms, and back-office support to deliver placements.
  • Use professional marketing materials and campaign support to promote services in the market.
  • Collaborate with global partners on cross-border placements and knowledge sharing.
  • Operate within the local market’s cultural, regulatory, and commercial environment.
  • Work toward building a sustainable and profitable recruitment operation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
  • 5-10 years of proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements and client relationships preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English essential.
  • Existing client base or business pipeline is desirable.
  • Specialization in high-demand sectors is desirable.
  • Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Previous experience running a business or managing P&L is desirable.
  • Established network within the local business community is desirable.
