Description

  • Serve as the Salesforce Administrator, managing users, roles, profiles, permissions, and platform configurations.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce custom objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automations (Flows, Workflows, Approval Processes).
  • Oversee and execute integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, NetSuite, Gong).
  • Identify and resolve system inefficiencies and implement scalable, repeatable processes across the revenue tech stack.
  • Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and revenue reporting within Salesforce.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance teams to align data tracking and reporting with organizational goals.
  • Support staff adoption through user training, documentation, and responsive troubleshooting.
  • Lead and manage third-party integration projects and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new tools.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, preferably in Ad Tech, SaaS, or Digital Media/Technology sectors.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • Proven ability to optimize Salesforce for measurable business impact and drive user adoption.
  • Experience managing external consulting partners and working across multiple departments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce custom objects, CPQ, and automation tools (preferred).
  • Experience creating and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (Gong, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, NetSuite, etc.).
  • SQL or data querying proficiency (preferred).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; experience in Ad Tech or Digital Media Finance is a plus.
