Description

  • Coordinate customer onboarding and installation projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Schedule installation dates with customers and third-party installation vendors.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the onboarding process.
  • Track project milestones and ensure required tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Collect and organize customer documentation and project assets, including site information and planograms.
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and next steps to all stakeholders.
  • Escalate technical issues to internal engineering teams and coordinate communication until resolution.
  • Perform remote quality assurance checks after installations to verify successful implementation.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and update internal tracking systems.
  • Identify potential delays or risks and proactively work with stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, onboarding, customer success, account coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and checklists.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience supporting hardware deployments, field services, installations, or implementation projects (nice to have).
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or similar platforms (nice to have).
  • Experience working with installation vendors or third-party contractors (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce (nice to have).
