Description

  • Lead revenue-focused sales operations and manage both the sales team and the strategy team.
  • Develop and implement AI and automation strategies for sales workflows aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and apply AI-driven automation to repetitive tasks such as lead scoring, personalized messaging, and follow-ups.
  • Oversee AI workflow integration, security, KPI tracking, and ethical deployment across the sales tech stack.
  • Train the sales team on how AI workflows are triggered, run, paused, and escalated to manual intervention.
  • Develop and refine go-to-market strategies based on market trends, regulatory updates, and customer needs.
  • Use AI-driven data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to guide strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Identify, target, and secure B2B clients across multiple industries.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, business owners, and operations managers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, manage the pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on sales performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Proven experience working in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B operations, market trends, and business challenges across industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic B2B market.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills in a startup setting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading teams through change, including new industries or new sales strategies.
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 8th gen or newer, Intel Core i3 10th gen or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, plus 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device capable of at least Intel Core i3 performance and functional during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and a smartphone for communication and verification.
