Description

  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach and strategic email sequencing.
  • Maintain accurate, complete CRM records for every lead, tag, and follow-up activity.
  • Qualify prospects against the ideal customer profile to prioritize high-probability opportunities.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages that engage prospects and position the IT services offering effectively.
  • Handle prospect objections and move conversations toward further sales engagement.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to refine market approach and outreach strategy.
  • Translate complex service offerings into clear, benefit-driven communication for decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a disciplined outbound prospecting process to support pipeline growth.
  • Clean up and manage the existing lead database to improve data quality and follow-up effectiveness.
  • Refine sales playbooks and outreach processes using performance data.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Inside Sales, SDR, or BDR role.
  • Experience within the IT or professional services sector.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM workflows.
  • Experience building and executing email campaigns that increased meeting bookings.
  • Ability to translate complex service offerings into clear, benefit-driven conversations.
  • A disciplined, proactive approach to prospecting and outbound outreach.
  • Strong record-keeping habits and comfort maintaining high-accuracy CRM data.
  • Resilience when handling rejection and a strong follow-up mindset.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps that can support work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
  • At least 8 GB RAM on the primary device.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and works during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and a smartphone for communication and verification.
