Description

  • Follow up consistently on open estimates and quotes through calls, emails, and chats.
  • Convert quotations into signed contracts.
  • Re-engage paused or inactive clients.
  • Keep the CRM system updated with accurate information.
  • Coordinate schedules and agendas with estimators.
  • Serve as a commercial point of contact between estimators and clients.
  • Support project coordination in a fast-paced inside sales environment.

Requirements

  • Advanced or bilingual English proficiency.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or project coordination.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is required.
  • Strong commercial mindset and high organizational skills.
  • Experience working with estimates, quotes, or client follow-up processes.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Experience using CRM tools is preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote full-time position.
  • Salary of $1,400 to $1,600 per month.
