Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage multiple projects from conception through execution while ensuring timely delivery and scope adherence.
  • Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress against project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to execute projects smoothly.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and status updates and address scope changes or concerns proactively.
  • Manage budgets and keep projects within financial parameters.
  • Assist with proposals, contracts, and reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Write persuasive copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other platforms.
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account/project management, ideally in an agency or marketing environment.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with a portfolio showing versatility in tone and format.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Basecamp.
  • Proficiency with copywriting tools such as Grammarly and WordPress.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems and meet client needs.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing best practices, including SEO, email marketing, and social media, is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or video production is a plus.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor and 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of an Intel Core i3 and can function during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification.
