Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and define goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Translate client requirements into clear briefs for design and development teams.
  • Provide regular client updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage end-to-end website projects, including redesigns, new builds, and landing page development.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource coordination to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope and quality standards.
  • Support content, UX, and SEO alignment during the build process.
  • Coordinate testing, QA, and launch processes for smooth deployment.
  • Review post-launch performance data and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, strategists, and content teams.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, including timelines and scope updates.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in account management, digital project management, or digital marketing.
  • Experience managing website or digital build projects on platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of how websites support marketing performance.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles, website structure, and analytics.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with remote or cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently.
  • Experience with analytics and basic conversion tracking is preferred.
  • Experience identifying upsell opportunities such as CRO, SEO, or ongoing optimisation is preferred.
