Description

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients on creative and content projects.
  • Manage the planning and delivery of multi-channel content across web, social, video, and visual assets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns smoothly.
  • Translate client briefs into clear project plans and delivery workflows.
  • Own timelines, resourcing, quality control, and final delivery.
  • Work closely with strategy, design, copywriting, and production teams.
  • Ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.
  • Review performance and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.

Requirements

  • Experience in creative services, project management, or digital marketing.
  • Agency experience is preferred.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of brand strategy, content workflows, and quality standards.
  • Comfortable using project management tools.
  • Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
