Description

  • Explain and demonstrate how Highspot’s solutions work using presentations, demos, whiteboards, and workshops tailored to prospect and customer use cases
  • Use deal planning and discovery to support the sales team and progress opportunities
  • Manage and deliver proofs of concept (POCs) to validate solution fit and value
  • Lead and produce persuasive responses to RFPs and information security questionnaires
  • Facilitate workshops to help prospects understand the value of enablement and the Highspot platform
  • Provide proactive solution advice and act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers
  • Handle objections and convert questions into productive sales conversations through active listening
  • Serve as the technical expert in the SalesTech/Martech ecosystem and articulate integrations with CRM, SSO, data lakes, APIs, and related systems

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer in SaaS
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with Content Management Systems, SalesTech, and sales enablement tools (preferred)
  • Proven track record in B2B sales working collaboratively with sales teams to win deals
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how organizations generate revenue across industries
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and demonstration skills with the ability to engage executive and management stakeholders
  • Experience managing POCs, responding to RFPs, and handling Infosec questionnaires
  • Technical knowledge of integrations and ecosystem components (CRM, SSO, data lakes, APIs)
  • Action-oriented self-starter with persistence, accountability for results, and an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Base salary range $88,000–$168,000 USD with OTE $110,000–$210,000 USD and eligibility for stock options
