Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of customer engagements, ensuring quality, on-time, and on-budget execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, managing expectations and building strong relationships.
  • Lead implementations from mobilization through deployment, including resource planning, governance, and adherence to Coupa methodologies.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and escalations and drive resolution to keep initiatives on track.
  • Oversee financial performance across projects, including forecasting, contract compliance, and KPI achievement.
  • Act as executive sponsor across a portfolio of engagements, supporting stakeholders and guiding strategy.
  • Support engagement managers as a Delivery Executive Sponsor to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and certified implementation partners to ensure execution and resource alignment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in systems applications consulting, including internal IT, a consulting firm, or a software provider.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project leadership roles.
  • Strong experience managing and delivering complex projects, including planning and tracking.
  • Experience working with executive and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • High level of ownership, initiative, adaptability, prioritization, and professionalism.
  • Experience with SaaS and enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, or Workday.
  • Business Spend Management experience is a plus.
