Description

  • Project manage a portfolio of roughly 10 newly signed customer accounts through implementation and deployment.
  • Create and maintain end-to-end project plans for each customer implementation with limited guidance.
  • Track stakeholder ownership, deadlines, and next steps across customer and internal teams.
  • Update public and internal project plans and coordinate cross-functionally to keep implementations on schedule.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customer stakeholders while delivering a premium experience.
  • Solve complex customer implementation challenges and develop creative solutions to drive product value and successful launches.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Supermove and enterprise customers during the implementation phase.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to ensure timely migration and completion of deliverables.
  • Monitor customer usage and identify churn risk, then lead remediation efforts to improve adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager in software or technology, preferably in Vertical SaaS.
  • 2-3 years of experience may be acceptable with strong internships and experience at Series A-C companies.
  • Experience owning customer implementation processes and driving enterprise customer success.
  • Ability to create and execute project plans for end-to-end implementations with limited guidance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex product concepts to non-technical customers.
  • Comfort leading meetings with moving company owners and senior leaders, including VP-level audiences.
  • Ability to communicate product requests clearly to PM and EPD teams.
  • Experience solutioning with customers to support specific workflow needs.
  • Ability to quickly learn industry-specific expertise through onsite work and enablement modules.
