Description

  • Explain Highspot’s solutions through presentations, demonstrations, whiteboards, and workshops.
  • Support the sales team with deal planning and discovery to progress opportunities.
  • Tailor solution demonstrations to prospect and customer use cases.
  • Lead responses to RFPs and information security questionnaires.
  • Manage and deliver proofs of concept (POCs).
  • Use active listening and objection handling to address customer questions and concerns.
  • Provide proactive solution advice to prospects and customers.
  • Facilitate workshops that help prospects understand the value of enablement and the Highspot platform.
  • Serve as the technical expert on the SalesTech and MarTech ecosystem, including CRM, SSO, data lakes, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with sales, services, and product teams to support customer opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer in SaaS.
  • Familiarity with agentic solutions and confidence using AI-driven tools and workflows.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, sales tech, and enablement tools is a plus.
  • Experience working in B2B sales and a proven track record of winning deals with sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how organizations generate revenue across industries.
  • Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to assess customer requirements, business needs, and challenges.
  • Ability to set realistic and attainable expectations at executive and management levels.
  • Self-starter with persistence, strong prioritization skills, and a do-what-it-takes work ethic.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement about helping build a business.

  • Base salary range of $144,000 to $208,000.
  • On-target earnings range of $180,000 to $260,000 with an 80/20 base-variable split.
