Description

  • Audit employee time entries for accuracy and completeness.
  • Resolve timecard issues such as missing punches, discrepancies, and pending manager approvals.
  • Validate time data before global payroll processing to ensure employees are paid correctly.
  • Apply and support country-specific time tracking and pay rules for the US, India, Mexico, and the Philippines.
  • Help maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal payroll policies.
  • Support onboarding and training for new hires and managers on time and attendance systems and pay rules.
  • Serve as a point of contact for attendance-related questions and support requests.
  • Partner with Payroll, HR, and external vendors to improve time-tracking workflows and system configurations.
  • Test and implement time and attendance system updates and process improvements.
  • Prepare reports on overtime trends, attendance patterns, exceptions, and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, or data/process roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with systems, data, and spreadsheets.
  • Comfort working with international payroll nuances and time-tracking systems.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently during the evening shift.
  • Willingness to learn global payroll operations and compliance.
  • Experience with auditing, reporting, or internal reviews is preferred.
  • Experience supporting multinational workforces is preferred.
