Description

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting product launches, demand generation, and customer growth initiatives.
  • Run and optimize campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, landing pages, digital programs, and events.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, and timelines with Product Marketing and Customer Growth teams.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure programs launch smoothly and on schedule.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and share insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve pipeline generation, engagement, conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Recommend improvements to campaign tactics, targeting, and execution based on data and testing.
  • Run experiments and tests to improve marketing performance and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align campaigns with go-to-market priorities.
  • Use AI tools to support campaign development, content iteration, segmentation, and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution within a technology or SaaS company.
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, paid media, webinars, and digital programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Preferred experience marketing to associations, membership organizations, or nonprofit organizations.
  • Preferred experience supporting product launches or lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Preferred familiarity with AI tools used in marketing workflows.
