Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet sales targets and grow the customer base in the security for AI market segment.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions to secure favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Track sales performance metrics, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Represent HiddenLayer at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the brand and establish thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales within the cybersecurity or AI technology industry.
  • Deep understanding of AI security concepts, including machine learning, threat detection, anomaly detection, and data protection.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
