Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and grow the customer base in the security for AI market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
  • Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions to secure favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Track sales performance, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health using CRM tools.
  • Represent HiddenLayer at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the brand and thought leadership.
  • Work with marketing, product development, and customer success to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales within the cybersecurity or AI technology industry.
  • Deep understanding of AI security concepts, including machine learning, threat detection, anomaly detection, and data protection.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business benefits.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
