Description

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about scheduling, services, and general inquiries.
  • Assist callers with basic concerns and route calls when necessary.
  • Document call details clearly and accurately in the system.
  • Maintain a friendly, calm, and helpful tone during all interactions.
  • Follow client-specific scripts and call handling procedures.
  • Represent clients with professionalism and care on every call.

Requirements

  • Open to Filipino candidates only (Philippines).
  • Previous experience in customer service or phone support is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence.
  • Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay composed and empathetic during difficult calls.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment.
  • Full-time availability for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST.
  • Start date of May 2026.
