Description

  • Own inbound and outbound customer communication across phone, email, SMS, and chat.
  • Manage appointments end to end, including scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, reminders, and light service recovery.
  • Maintain CRM and help desk records with accurate notes, tags, statuses, dispositions, and follow-up tasks.
  • Handle routine franchise administrative support tasks to help location managers focus on operations and sales.
  • Manage billing issues, complaints, franchisee matters, and other urgent escalations using established SOPs and escalation paths.
  • Maintain fast response times and a low backlog across all communication channels.
  • Handle high daily interaction volume while preserving quality, accuracy, and professional tone.
  • Ensure no customer, lead, conversation, or appointment falls through the cracks across locations.
  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and professionally with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing or administrative support roles.
  • Proven ability to handle 60+ customer interactions per day for at least 6 consecutive months.
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM or help desk platforms such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, or similar.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours overlap for a minimum of 6 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  • Strong performance track record, such as QA scores of 90%+ or CSAT of 4.5/5+, or ability to pass a top-tier writing and audio assessment.
  • Professional home office setup and reliable internet.
  • Introductory video submission is required as part of the recruitment process.
