Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ homes using company car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler and vehicles for safe operation.
  • Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • Maintain safe driving practices and a clean driving record in accordance with company policy.
  • Interact with customers in a customer-facing role and help create a positive delivery experience.
  • Support local community engagement as part of the customer advocate role.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to work scheduled shifts between 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm.
  • Must be available to work 7 days a week with rotating weekday and weekend days off.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to extreme weather.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, up to 8+ hours.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must obtain a Notary credential in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment; Carvana sponsors the process.
  • Must be able to meet state-specific DMV/title and registration system access requirements.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur’s license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment.
  • California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia employees must apply for a Salesperson license within the first two weeks of employment.
  • Commercial driver’s license is not required to drive the hauler.
  • Experience with driving, vehicle handling, or similar customer delivery work is preferred.

  • Starting pay of $22/hour, with raises to $22.50 at 3 months and $23 at 6 months.
