Description

  • Manage channel setup and execution, including onboarding new platforms, tracking, attribution, discount codes, and UTM infrastructure.
  • Review and approve creative and messaging from agency partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign strategy.
  • Coordinate influencer and affiliate product sampling logistics end to end.
  • Maintain landing pages, promotional flows, and campaign assets across active channels.
  • Own performance reporting that identifies what is working quickly enough to inform action.
  • Maintain and refine LTV models across product segments to keep CAC targets accurate as the channel mix evolves.
  • Identify high-leverage growth opportunities across the funnel and translate them into prioritized testing roadmaps.
  • Build dashboards and recurring reports that support team decision-making.
  • Design, prioritize, and analyze A/B tests across lifecycle and on-site surfaces.
  • Ensure experiments are structured, measurable, tied to revenue impact, and followed through from insight to rollout to scale.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, strategy, analytics, or DTC operating roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cohort analysis and performance reporting.
  • Experience working in Shopify and Klaviyo.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Experience with cohort analysis, retention curves, CAC/LTV modeling, and subscription economics is preferred.
  • Ability to make fast, informed judgment calls and operate effectively in ambiguity.
  • Experience in building financial models, QA’ing lifecycle flows, or writing test briefs is advantageous.
