Description

  • Plan, execute, and manage print insert and package insert partnership programs to drive acquisition and brand growth.
  • Manage existing partnerships and onboard new partners while analyzing campaign performance to assess success.
  • Own the multi-million-dollar channel budget, including weekly budget steering, quarterly and annual forecasts, and budget allocation.
  • Lead relationships with agency partners, internal teams, printers, creative agencies, and media agencies to manage deliverables and approvals.
  • Negotiate costs and strategic terms with external partners, including managing RFPs.
  • Partner with the Brand team and creative agency to develop creative briefs, recommendations, testing plans, and performance insights.
  • Provide data-driven analysis and performance forecasting to identify campaign learnings and business opportunities.
  • Build and execute a rigorous test-and-learn roadmap, including lift tests and A/B tests.
  • Oversee campaign setup activities such as contract review, finance onboarding, shipping documentation, invoicing, and budget reporting.
  • Collaborate with business development, retail media, and corporate partnership teams on cross-channel integrated media campaigns.
  • Leverage AI to automate channel execution and identify opportunities for strategic innovation or pivots.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-6+ years of experience in customer acquisition marketing.
  • Experience in offline, print, package insert programs, or brand partnerships managing sizeable budgets.
  • Understanding of media fundamentals across both offline and digital channels.
  • Fluency in performance KPIs such as CAC, CPA, CPM, CVR, and LTV.
  • Experience launching and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Previous agency or brand experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, plus PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Gemini and Claude is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Experience managing creative reviews for legal and brand compliance.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, third-party analytics platforms, and media attribution technology or methodologies is a plus.
