Description

  • Manage 20+ mid-tier partner relationships on a monthly or quarterly cadence and keep them active and productive.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for partner needs and deepen existing partnerships over time.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and escalate promising prospects to the Head of Partnerships.
  • Run the webinar program end-to-end, including forecasting, scheduling, partner coordination, RSVP monitoring, hosting or facilitation, and follow-up.
  • Make rescheduling decisions when RSVP targets are not tracking.
  • Execute co-marketing initiatives such as co-branded newsletters, content collaborations, joint events, and affiliate-eligible campaigns.
  • Build a quarterly content playbook with the content team and collaborate on assets that support therapists and partner engagement.
  • Lead the affiliate program through PartnerStack, including affiliate activation, challenges, new partner sign-on, and MQL generation.
  • Track, report, and analyze partnership MQLs, retention, churn, conversion, and attribution to inform adjustments.
  • Bring new ideas for partnership activations and creative campaigns that reach therapists through partners.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in channel marketing, partnerships, business development, or content marketing.
  • Experience ideally at a company serving independent professionals or small businesses.
  • Strong instinct for content, messaging, and campaign formats that drive audience engagement and conversion.
  • Ability to build and maintain external partner relationships independently and follow up proactively.
  • Operational strength to track ownership, flag issues, and manage multiple moving parts.
  • Comfort presenting, hosting webinars, and speaking in front of an audience.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to propose ideas and plans without being prompted.
  • Background in mental health, healthcare, or work with independent practitioners is preferred.
  • CPA experience or a financial services background is preferred.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms and partner tracking tools is preferred.
  • Experience in a startup or growth-stage environment is preferred.
