Description

  • Lead regional sales strategy and drive team-based revenue growth targets.
  • Build, hire, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Manage direct reports and supervise activity, pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance against monthly goals.
  • Partner with sales leadership to shape go-to-market initiatives and market strategy.
  • Develop and expand broker relationships and distribution partnerships.
  • Maintain and grow current broker relationships across the client portfolio.
  • Support product demonstrations, customer pitches, and company overviews.
  • Provide training, feedback, and deal coaching to improve presentation, negotiation, and deal cycle management skills.
  • Use Salesforce to track deals, manage forecasting, and report team performance.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Sales Enablement to execute cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the Eastern portion of the U.S.
  • 5-7+ years of sales leadership experience managing senior sales professionals in a field environment.
  • 10+ years of related field sales experience selling to benefits brokers/consultants or through adjacent channel-heavy motions.
  • Proven experience leading layered sales organizations in Mid-Market or Enterprise deals ranging from $50K-$500K+ ARR.
  • Experience with channel-based sales and reseller sales models.
  • Track record of owning revenue targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical approach with the ability to use data to manage a team.
  • Experience building or scaling sales processes in a growth-stage environment.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills with executive presence for C-suite engagement.
