Description

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps across a specific geography.
  • Build the sales team and help develop future sales leaders at Cribl.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales ecosystem from lead generation through closing.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy as part of the leadership team and report to the VP of Sales.
  • Lead and support sales execution across a remote-first, multi-time-zone environment.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and account expansion within the assigned region.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading enterprise sales teams.
  • Experience scaling and growing an ANZ team, with proven success in New Zealand.
  • A consistent track record of annual overachievement.
  • Experience leading sales teams that sell through security channel partners.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Experience with SaaS sales in cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
  • Experience selling large deals to large enterprises, including Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Experience using MEDDIC and Command of the Message.
  • Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts.
  • Background in cloud, security, or machine learning is preferred.
  • Experience with iRAP and CAUDIT is preferred.
  • Remote role based in Australia, with occasional work outside standard hours due to global time zones.
