Description

  • Serve as the primary marketing lead and partner with senior leadership on integrated marketing strategy.
  • Steward the HealthCorps brand by maintaining visual identity, brand voice, and messaging consistency across channels.
  • Lead mission-driven content strategy by turning field stories into audience-specific materials such as social posts, newsletters, impact reports, pitch decks, and event collateral.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned to school partnership acquisition, donor cultivation, and event goals.
  • Manage owned, earned, and paid channels using audience segmentation and a data-driven approach.
  • Own digital asset management, including brand assets, photography, sponsor logos, and approved messaging.
  • Develop and optimize email marketing and CRM communications using segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
  • Oversee brand execution for events, including collateral, signage, photography, videography, and sponsor marketing coordination.
  • Define KPIs, analyze web, social, and email performance, and provide actionable reporting and optimization insights.
  • Provide strategic direction for the regional Marketing Intern Program and manage external creative partners such as designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience spanning strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Demonstrated success maintaining brand standards and consistency across a distributed or multi-site organization.
  • Proven experience designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify meaningful metrics and use data to inform strategy and optimization.
  • Ability to find and shape compelling stories for different audiences across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot, social media management tools, and content management systems.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or equivalent.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar to improve speed and efficiency.
  • Experience sourcing, briefing, and managing external creative partners, including designers, photographers, and videographers.
  • Strong project management and written communication skills, with the ability to own multiple workstreams independently.
  • Genuine interest in HealthCorps’ mission and willingness to spend time at school sites to understand and tell the story.
  • Preferred experience in a startup or lean-team environment, or in a large corporate marketing team with readiness to own a function independently.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Viva Engage, Bloomerang, or similar platforms.
  • Experience marketing to or partnering with corporate brands and understanding CSR and cause marketing budgets.
  • Background in health, education, or youth-serving sectors.

  • Annual salary range of $60,000–$75,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and location.
