Description

  • Identify and execute opportunities to increase partner budget, CPA thresholds, and campaign volume to grow revenue.
  • Translate performance data into clear ROI narratives to influence partner strategy and spend.
  • Act as the strategic advisor and primary point of contact for distribution partners, building and deepening relationships.
  • Understand partner operations and tailor solutions, campaign support, and creative optimizations to drive mutual growth.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign metrics in real time, raise flags, and propose tactical adjustments to meet volume and CPA goals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, engineering, and analytics teams to align on partner goals and remove blockers to growth.
  • Scale partner investment by identifying new opportunities and helping partners integrate Autopilot into their sales workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in insurance, lead generation, or partner/client-facing performance roles.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow revenue-driving relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, dialers, lead flows, and sales funnels.
  • Experience monitoring and optimizing campaign performance and CPA metrics.
  • Analytical and proactive mindset with a bias toward action and measurable impact.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and analytics teams.
