Description

  • Provide external customer support directly at the point of sale and in surrounding service areas.
  • Help customers initialize and use the products they contracted with Stone correctly.
  • Manage stock at the assigned hub, including organization and periodic inventory checks.
  • Receive assets and handle reverse logistics processes.
  • Sort and triage equipment at the operational base.
  • Support logistics activities across the broader supply chain as needed.
  • Follow traffic laws and safety procedures during motorcycle-based field operations.
  • Monitor operational indicators to identify incidents and improve the operation.

Requirements

  • Active CNH A or AB motorcycle license for at least 2 years.
  • Fewer than 10 active points on the CNH in the last 12 months.
  • Completed high school education.
  • Completed or currently pursuing a technical course or higher education in applied social sciences such as Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Logistics experience.
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
  • Availability to work CLT 44 hours per week on a 6x1 schedule, Monday through Saturday.
  • For night-shift roles, availability to work with service hours between 13:00 and 22:00.
