Description

  • Participate in the client onboarding process to support growth and client needs.
  • Conduct claims analysis and generate reporting to support assessment and risk management.
  • Query large datasets independently and produce ad hoc analyses with clear insights.
  • Prepare deliverables for operations teams supporting the member transition experience to SmithRx.
  • Ensure deliverables are high quality, client-ready, and validated through audit and evaluation processes.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses and investigations into large datasets and summarize findings clearly.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners by email, Slack, phone, and video calls.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis on the potential impact of implementing SmithRx as a pharmacy benefit solution.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in software, employee benefits, or healthcare industries is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to develop key insights.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate constructively and positively with teammates and partners in a fast-paced environment.
